Ever seen a report or article that is so error strewn and incorrect that it only has a distant passing connection to truth? Whether it's health, climate science, a political report or a personal hit job, name your favourites and the judges will decide which is the biggest tissue of lies.

Examples of the corrected articles in recent years include the Financial Times wrongly asserting the Indian Prime Minister drank 'cow urine', and this review of a biography of David Astor in the Guardian.
